Emmy-nominated comedian Nikki Glaser has extended her Alive and Unwell Tour through June 2025, and among the 32 new North American dates is her Vancouver Island debut.
Glaser, 40, will perform at the Royal Theatre on Feb. 28. Due to her overwhelming popularity, the show is expected to sell out instantly.
The Cincinatti, Ohio, native has been a stand-up comedian for more than 20 years, but she achieved notoriety on a global scale in May, when her scathing appearance on Netflix’s The Roast of Tom Brady went viral. Glaser’s HBO stand-up special, Someday You’ll Die, earned her a 2024 Emmy Award nomination for outstanding variety special, which led to her being announced as the host for the 2025 Golden Globe Awards.
Presale tickets for Glaser’s Royal Theatre debut will be made available Wednesday, followed by the general public on-sale Friday at 10 a.m. through the Royal McPherson box office (250-386-6121).
