Victoria police are seeking witnesses or victims whose cars might have been damaged after a driver was seen driving erratically early Sunday on Dallas Road.
Shortly after 3 a.m., officers received a report of an impaired driver in a black car at the intersection of Dallas Road and Wellington Avenue. The driver hit several vehicles and street signs, and swerved across the road, police said.
Officers located a suspect near Dallas Road and Douglas Street. The suspect initially ignored officers and resisted arrest before being taken into custody and transported to cells, police said.
The suspect was released with conditions and a notice to attend a future court date, VicPD said.
