Major player moves overshadowed the result of the Canadian Premier League game Saturday at Starlight Stadium, won 3-1 by Atletico Ottawa over Pacific FC with all the visitors’ goals coming in the first half.
Striker Ayman Sellouf is going from PFC to Vancouver FC and Moses Dyer is coming from VFC to PFC, both on loan to the end of the season.
Pacific FC has won just twice in its last 14 games and is hoping Dyer can kickstart its attack.
Dyer’s four goals will make him the leading scorer on the Tridents roster. He has 23 goals in the CPL dating to 2020 with Valour FC. Dyer played in the 2017 FIFA Under-20 World Cup for New Zealand and has 11 caps with the New Zealand senior team.
Dutch import Sellouf is one of the most tricky and dangerous attackers in the CPL but his role this season with PFC has been limited due to injuries and his three goals have all been from the penalty spot.
